As a coach possibly the greatest moment is watching one of my clients get victory over one of their goals. Unfortunately this does not happen to everyone, I have also seen many of my clients work hard but miss their goal by a mile, this always poses the question, what is the difference. Both people seemed to work hard but why did one achieve greatness and another did not? Why do we find success in something and not in others? From my years in coach here are some common threads I have noticed that make a difference.
Setting goals does not mean lying around with a beer in your hand dreaming about the millions you will have in an investment account when you retire. So what are goals? Although dreams do feature in goal making, particularly when setting goal objectives, pipe-dreams are a completely other thing altogether.
Anger management is used in many programs and situations. There are thousands of resources for those affected by frustration, anger, depression, ADHD and emotional swings. Beside support groups, individual counseling sessions and treatment centres, there are many anger management books available to help people deal with anger-related issues. There are anger management books written focusing on different groups such as children, teenagers, adults, men, women, couples, families and anyone else who is involved in situations which may require anger management advice. Because of these diverse needs, anger management books are written to be understood by the various groups as well as used as tools to control anger and frustration and work through various situations.
The first thing to imprint on your mind is that success only comes to those who actively seek it, and in order to achieve something you have to desire it first ” you have to be able to taste it and feel it!
