Anxiety took my life apart. I lost my job, I was declared bankrupt, I became overweight, unwell. I had up to 9 panic attacks every day and night, obsessions and derealization were off the scale. I was a physical wreck, dosed up with some meds, having monthly therapy I decided, after failing to find anyone that helped me to address my anxiety disorder in over 6 years, that was enough. Life is for living and when I discovered the solution that changed my life in days, I began life all over again. Let me explain more, psychological forum.

I regularly record my anxiety symptoms, as it helps me determine exactly what is triggering their onset. In doing this, I have observed a strong correlation between deadlines (I work as a freelance manager) and anxiety. This is not “normal” anxiety. I am not particularly nervous about my latest project, in fact I am quite confident yet the anxiety is palpable. This has become a major problem for me, i have found more info on, depresja forum.
