Personal Development

by Rachel B. Michaels

There are a lot of people, who do not experience our dreams as a part of our own growth. They can tell us what we need, yearn for or what we must modify in our life to turn into “complete” individuals.

We can understand a large amount from our dreams, use them in of our individual growth and find solutions to quite a few the problems that every now and then comes up in life.

- Write down the dream without delay ” all you remember as detailed as feasible. As well as feelings and moods.

- Note a little down on what occurred the day before, and what concerns you at the moment.

- Look at the “scenery” – which moods does it signal. Reflect on if there is a circumstance in your daily life now that have a related feeling.

- Are there moods, emotions and intensity you recognize from your life at present? Sentiments linked to the “scenario” can give you an indication of what circumstance relates to the dream.

- Ponder on persons in the dream. Start by finding 3-5 illustrative adjectives ” what they are like – properties – by individuals. Note them down.

- Associate on animals, things and places in the dream – use your own “feelings” prior to using symbol explanations. Note them down one at a time.

- All factors of the dream are characteristics of yourself. It is you – not them, dream interpretation is about. Try out the personal qualities to find the rest day – the situation is the dream originated. There were multiple pages of your activity the day before, than you were fully aware of?

- Take note on the feelings and reactions you feel when you tell about the dream. Pay attention also to your body. Listen more to your feelings, your heart than to your reason and your head.

- Do not be disturbed or feel guilty of your dreams. The unconscious talks in capital letters. Death and demolition can be the start of something new, and sexuality illustrates that you incorporate aspects of yourself.

- Make an effort to think positively ” think on the good symbols for you as a side of yourself. Sense that you can support them yourself with power from your own unconscious mind. Remember that the dream may show you something you had not thought of previously – a a lending hand from you to you. It helps you to make you more whole – not to demean or worry you.

- Listen in on others peoples suggestions and associations. Bear in mind though, that you might be inspired, but it is up to you to what your dream is about.

Keep dreaming
