Personal Development – A Time For Change Is Now!

Hello Visitors. Welcome to my website.

My website is based on the theme – “Personal Development – A Time For Change Is Now!”

In an era where we have seen the environment evolved to one of a more hectic and sometimes stressful way of life, more individuals and families are working longer hours or having 2 and 3 jobs trying to make ends meet, or just to get by.

We are spending less time with family and friends, eating more fast foods or skipping meals.  We now live in a world where a life that was once balanced between work and family or living a healthy lifestyle has now become a ‘luxury’ or ‘commodity’. For some individuals, obtaining that happy medium involves finding the additional time and resources needed to sustain this level of conscious effort which adds to an already ‘stretched’ day.

Think about it. If you are constantly stressed out  trying to make ends meet, finding time to spend with  family or friends or maintaining a healthy lifestyle, you will need the tools and resources to make that transition as smoothly as possible. Without the proper resources or guidance, sadly, one of these areas in your life will be neglected.

My goal is to supply you with invaluable information, tools and resources on the keys to managing your time through personal development, and adopting a healthier and stress-free lifestyle through meditation, and time management.

Well, the post is really one of the best on this notable topic. I agree with your conclusions and will thirstily look forward to your next updates. Working self-employed I spend a majority of my ‘computing’ time in Microsoft Outlook; communicating with customers, peers, suppliers and team members. To organize email fast and easy I use Email Sorter Wizard, an Outlook add-in to have time for more important tasks. You can read about it here: http://www.emailsorterwizard.com/organize-email.php — P.S.: Have you heard of http://www.grameenfoundation.org yet?
